Owner & Lead Stylist / Gel Nail Artist
I am the founder of Bliss & Glow Artistry and could not be more excited to work with all of you and beside some of the best stylists and artists in the industry! A little bit about myself - I moved from small town Saskatchewan to the "big city" of Edmonton to attend the Eveline Charles Academy in 2008. I worked in a salon and competed in a Sassoon cut and color competition which landed me a spot in the top 10 in North America. I briefly left the hair industry in 2010 and received a BA in Psychology at the U of A. I found myself back in the industry teaching cosmetology for six years. For three of those years, I was the Lead Cosmetology Instructor. In January 2020, I decided to take a different route with my full time job and put my psychology degree to use. I am now currently working in the Catholic Schools as a Therapeutic Assistant for Behavioral Therapy all while running Bliss & Glow Artistry during all other hours of my days. I have always had a passion for the beauty industry and I am committed to delivering a professional and special experience for everyone who comes our way.
Fun Fact: I absolutely hate running but I have completed 3 half marathons... Someone tell me how that makes sense!
Rebecca was born and raised in Edmonton. She moved to Vancouver in 2011 for a year to get her Global Makeup Artistry Diploma from Blanche MacDonald Centre. She is a former MAC employee and specializes in bridal makeup. When Rebecca is not working one of her many jobs, you'd likely find her studying for her Degree in Business Administration at NAIT.
Fun Facts: She loves cooking and eating delicious food (who doesn't!) and traveling. She is hoping to travel the world soon!

Megan graduated from the Eveline Charles Academy in 2016 and she is now a Journeyman Hairstylist. She may be little (5 feet to be exact) but she sure knows what she's doing behind the chair. She specializes in updos, balayage and extensions but loves it all! She also has a passion for gymnastics and used to teach at the Royal Glenora. Megan started teaching cosmetology in 2019 to continue to learn and be able to share her knowledge with others. She also has the cuttest little pup named Toby who is a total momma's boy!
Fun Fact: Megan sometimes requires a stepping stool to do hair.

Ryley has been a professional makeup artist for over 6 years and is also trained in microblading, lash extensions and clinical esthetics. She is obsessed with all things beauty including (but not limited to) health & wellness, fashion, design and lifestyle. With a strong passion for the makeup world and bride once herself, Ryley makes your special day a priority and treats you like the queen you are!

Senior Makeup Artist
Taylor is a past student of Eveline Charles Academy and became a hairstylist and makeup artist. She has a passion for the beauty industry and has mad skill when it comes to her selfie game. Her natural talent for makeup was a no-brainer that we wanted her on our team. She has very limited availability and will only accept bookings of 4+ people.
Fun Fact: Taylor can yodel - feel free to ask her at your booking (she may also hate me for this later).
Leanna has been a licensed hairstylist for 11 years and after doing 2 years of Mathematical Sciences at University she figured out hair was the career path she wanted to go. She started in this incredible industry back in 2006 when she attended the EC Academy. She of course, loves doing updos and bridal hair! “I love being able to enhance the natural beauty that is already there. I truly love doing any updo, some of my favourites are elegant and classic but I do love lots of texture and dimension that braids and curls can bring to an updo.”
She has been married for 5 years and has 3 wonderful boys. “I have really enjoyed the flexibility that this industry brings as I have been able to remain working part time while raising my family.”
Meagan has completed her 'Makeup Artistry' & 'Advanced Makeup Artistry' certifications from Marvel College here in Edmonton. She wanted to learn as much as possible so she could take on anything that was thrown her way, so she moved on to completing her 'Prosthetic' Certification from Cinema Makeup School in Los Angeles. Enhancing peoples features and giving them a natural glow is Meagan's style of makeup but can definitely glam up if needed!
Fun Facts: Meagan own's a coffee shop named Morning Brew 192 in Sherwood Park! She also likes to travel when she isn't working and she event went sky diving in New Zealand!
